Service Leader (home appliances)

Job Description

- Lead the technicians & handle all customers technial requests/complaints
- Supervise and organize technical training, installation, maintenance and repair of home appliances, sanitary product, furniture fittings and door hardware
- Coordinate the daily tasks of the technical team
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of customer service operation.
- Responsible for technicians and compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Support sales people, customers, partners about technical issues
- Attend and handle customers’ complaints on time with high professional manner
- Provides hot-line and immediate support of a routine nature.
- Responsible for coordination of customer complaint resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Provides product support, service information and instructions on how to use products correct to customers and ensures they receive the best possible service.
- Responsible for service center as well as inventory management of spare parts and tools kept and handled by the service team
- Deals with non-routine inquiries or complex service requests.
- Keeps statistics of the service team and establishes and communicate internal benchmarking reports
- Support in miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks in regards to after sales operations
- Support in doing installation/warranty/repair when necessary
- Other jobs assignment by superior management

Candidate Requirements

- Good technical knowledge and a sound understanding of customer service capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional team with the ability to lead by example
- Understanding of the marketplace and customer requirements with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction
- Work independently and under high pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good presentation
- Good command of English
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office, Words, PowerPoint and ERP software).
- Prefer who has worked in the same position in mobile phone or electronic devices trading companies
