Manage Compensation and Benefit plans and policy in for all BUs and serve as a key advisor on compensation matters.
- Assist Line Manager in project managing the C&B initiatives.
- Implement global projects: Global grading, Variable plan, Employee Purchasing Plan
- Manages key Partners with the HR and Business Leaders/managers to develop any reward recommendation that helps to sustain business development needs
- Ensure clear Governance and Compliance in setting C&B policies and processes
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis to design salary ranges and competitive pay
- Lead for the annual salary review and compensation cycle (bonus, salary and equity plans)
- Develop, recommend and implement any C&B review and/or change initiatives
